Michael Callahan

Michael is the Founder of Glenaire Capital Partners, a private real estate investment and operating company based in Southern California. Michael is responsible for all financial activities of the firm including property analysis, acquisitions, financing, asset management and dispositions. Michael’s real estate career has spanned multiple asset classes including multi-family, office, retail, lodging, and debt from both an institutional and entrepreneurial lens. Over the course of his twelve-year career, Michael has participated in the closing of over $4bn in total transaction volume.

Prior to founding Glenaire Capital Partners, Michael was a Vice President at Vista Investment Group where he focused on multi-family and office acquisitions and asset management across the Western United States.

Prior to Vista, Michael worked for Columbus Pacific Properties where he focused on retail and student housing acquisitions in secondary markets. Michael’s real estate career began at Eastdil Secured where he served as a member of the Office Investment Sales Team and focused on all aspects of the financial analysis and disposition processes on behalf of the firm’s institutional clients.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Southern California, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. Michael is passionate about giving back to the community and serves on the board of the City of Hope Los Angeles Real Estate Council where he served as the Young Professionals group President.
